FOTOS has grown and we are in need of significant ongoing volunteer support in the following areas:

Webmaster: We need someone highly proficient in website design and maintenance to manage the ministry's online presence. This would include knowing how to link our various websites in such a manner that we can maintain a singular identity instead of three separate website identities. It would also include uploading new MP3 messages, scheduling messages on our podcast website, and maintaining our e-store. This position requires someone who has a manager or director level position in information technology or a web-based business and a minimum of 5 years experience in creating and maintaining websites. This person must be highly trustworthy. He or she does not need to reside in the Boston area.  

Editor: Bill is in need of an educated and trained editor with a minimum of 10 years experience in creative or corporate writing. The primary job will be cleaning-up Bill's writings, review of newsletters and possibly a number of writing projects. Bill has an unpublished manuscript that also is in need of a new round of editing. He or she does not need to reside in the Boston area.

Promotion: We need persons experienced in promoting Christian charitable organizations. This would include production of no-cost PDF brochures that target particular audiences, such as church leaders, campus ministry staff leaders, families touched by homosexuality, and a host of other general use e-brochures. This would include not only production but also electronic distribution of such brochures. Any skills in internet marketing or electronic commerce is highly preferred.

Tax and Regulatory Services: We need persons experienced in reporting tax and regulatory filings for non-profits. 

Advisory Team: Separate from the FOTOS Board, Bill is in need of creating an Advisory Team that will actively introduce the ministry to key Christian ministry and business leaders that will focus on (a) new ministry opportunities; (b) new funding sources; and (c) occasional expansion of our board of directors. Campus Coordinators: We need young motivated students, new graduates, or campus ministry members to share our ministry on your university or college campus. We have extensive experience in bringing messages of grace on this sensitive topic at campuses around the country. Invite Bill to speak at your campus ministry seasonal retreats and conferences. 

Counseling Network: We are looking for a trained, licensed counselor to help assemble a team of counselors and pastoral care specialists that can gather via an 800 conference call semi-annually to discuss counseling issues related to sexual and gender identity. This network would obviously be a benefit to everyone, but we hope to provide access to counseling expertise in this area to pastors and counselors needing assistance in the Majority World (i.e. the Third World).
